Now it’s only three weeks left of this semester, can’t believe how fast the time flies by!
There’s a lot of assignments now in the end and this week and I’ve been eating too much sugar.
So yesterday I made some healthy chocolate balls. I got the recipe from Elin and Linda but changed it a little bit.
- 20 pitted dates
- Goji berries
- Pumpkin seeds
- Sesame seeds
- Coconut oil
- Shredded coconut
I put some peanut butter in some, and they were so good!
I just mix everything together without any measurements, go with your gut! You can roll them in shredded coconut as well.
They will taste awesome and they are free from white sugar 🙂
